NNTPSC

Although my NNTP Server Checker program hasn't been updated since April 2002, I'm still making it available for download. The Visual Basic code is somewhat sloppily written, and open newsgroup servers have become a thing of the past. I can't seem to find the source code for version 1.3 (only 1.1), so be forewarned that it's pretty buggy.

If you're interested in writing NNTP-related code in Visual Basic, I recommend you teach yourself (like I did) rather than borrowing code (maybe use the stuff I've written as a reference if you get completely lost).
